As CFO and a Director on the Board of CMS IT Services, Shanker Sengupta carries the financial governance and discipline behind the company’s growth: enterprise planning, controllership, compliance, and the numbers that back CMS IT’s commitments to customers, partners and investors, quarter on quarter.

He has spent close to 16 years inside CMS, rising through controllership and finance leadership before being appointed CFO. That tenure gives him a close, working understanding of the company’s operating model and customer economics, the financial drivers behind CMS IT’s push toward more profitable, sustainable growth.

He holds a professional qualification from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India.
