Neeraj Sharma leads CMS IT Services as it builds on its enterprise technology heritage to become a more structured, accountable and higher-value technology partner. His priorities: sharpening the company’s portfolio around cloud, cybersecurity, automation and AI, and setting the direction for its next phase of growth.

He has a track record of building and scaling large technology businesses across Asia-Pacific, including leading Lenovo’s entry into South Asia as IBM’s PC division was carved out into a standalone company, and heading IBM’s Technology Services business across India and South Asia. That experience in building organisations at scale now informs how he is leading CMS IT’s next phase.

He is a registered Independent Director with India’s Ministry of Corporate Affairs and a Certified Corporate Director, with executive education from the University of Texas at Austin and Harvard.
